Warren Carl Tinberg, 75, of Bowling Green, and a former resident of Boyle County for over twenty years, passed away Saturday, January 27 at the Medical Center. The Elgin, IL native was the son of the late Harry and Reta Mortimer Tinberg. He was a farmer.


Mr. Tinberg is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Moeller Tinberg; three children, Warren Tinberg, Jr. (Rita), Maria Kloth (Darnell), and Ruthie Tinberg; a brother, Vernon Tinberg (Nancy); three grandchildren, Tabitha Tinberg, Matthew Engle (Whitney), and Hemmie Kloth; and two great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Friske and Anna Engle.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
