Theodore Kinser, 84 of Brownsville passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

The Edmonson County native was born January 8, 1941,  a son of the late Silas and Effie Ashley Kinser and was preceded in death by his brothers, Malcolm Kinser, Norman Kinser, Travis Kinser, Leroy Kinser and Eddie Kinser; sisters, Milie Self, Marjorie Kinser and Eva Mae Kinser.

Mr. Kinser was a member of Asphalt Church of Christ and was an employee of General Motors for 34 years. He loved to sing, tell jokes and to tell stories. Ted  enjoyed entertaining family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Kinser; children, Josh Kinser (Ashley) and Tammy Gegenheimer; grandchildren, Kali Gegenheimer, Leighton Kinser, and a host of other family.

No services are scheduled at the time. The arrangements are under the direction of Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.
