Sherman E. Swetmon, Jr., 84, of Bowling Green went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Sunday, January 12. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman E. Swetmon, Sr. and Nettie Cohron Swetmon; one brother, Jim Swetmon.

Mr. Swetmon is survived by two daughters, Sherry Annette Eaton and Lisa Knight; sister, Janet Hagerman (Jerry); one brother, Lee Swetmon; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 16, at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am until service time with burial to follow at Halls Chapel Cemetery.
