Mrs. Ruth Johnson Theirl, 94, of Bowling Green, KY died on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at The Medical Center of Bowling Green. The New Richmond, WI native was born on April 5, 1928 to the late Theodore and Mable Nelson Johnson. Mrs. Theirl is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. William "Bill" G. Theirl.

She was a graduate of University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Bowling Green.

Mrs. Theirl is survived by her four sons, Gregory Theirl (Debbie) of Canton, OH, Mark Theirl (Lisa) of Plano, TX, William Theirl Jr. (Winn) of Lexington, KY, and Steven Theirl (Paula) of Bowling Green, KY; one daughter, Stephanie Griffin (John) of Franklin, TN; and wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
