Rosalie "Rose" M. Delia, 85, of Bowling Green passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Magnolia Village. The New Castle, PA native was the daughter of the late Bartholomew Conti and Mildred Inboden Conti. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Dick" Moore.

Mrs. Delia was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church and a member of the Eastern Star. She was the owner of an Erie Insurance Agency in New Castle, PA.

She is survived by a daughter, Christine Partington (Jerry); a brother, Edward "Sonny" Conti (Mona); three grandchildren, Marrissa Bryant (Tracy), Mindy Johnson (Tim) and A.J. Partington (Andrea); and seven great-grandchildren.
