Robin Wilkey Spinks, 61, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Greenview Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. The Bowling Green native was born on October 25, 1955 to the late Rev. Charles R. Wilkey and Jackie Wilkey Johnson (Bennie) who survives. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles R. "Chucky" Wilkey, Jr.

She graduated from Warren Central High School, then worked as a LPN for various medical facilities. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church.

Mrs. Spinks is survived by her husband, Jimmy Ray Spinks; a son, Charles William Spinks (Brianna); a daughter, Meghan Enriquez and fiancé Brian Dick; a grandchild, Layne Timothy Spinks; her mother, Jackie Wilkey Johnson (Bennie); a sister, Becky Wilkey Lashlee; a brother and sister-in-law, Lee and JoAnn Spinks Coleman; four nephews, Joshua Lashlee, Andrew Coleman, Benjamin Coleman (Allison), and Dr. Johnathan Coleman (Jacqueline); three great-nieces; and five great-nephews.

A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 7 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
