Paula L. Owens, 69, of Bowling Green, passed away Friday November 30, 2018 at her residence. The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Virgil Ray Owens and Tracine Virginia Hall Owens, who survives.

Paula Owens worked at Western Kentucky University as a Student Service Coordinator. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women.

Survivors include her mother, Tracine Virginia Hall Owens; one son, Eric "Dustin" Owens; two sisters, Pamela Jewell and Marilyn Rush; two nieces, Julie Rush and Kristin DeMichele; three nephews, Randy Jewell, Jeff Jewell and Ryan Rush.

Visitation is scheduled Tuesday December 4, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled Wednesday December 5, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Faith United Methodist Church with visitation at 12:00 P.M. until time of service. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
