Paul Richard Miller, 66, of Bowling Green passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026 at The Medical Center of Bowling Green. The Indianapolis, IN native was born on April 15, 1959 to the late Perna Yates Miller and James Miller. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Pamela Dean Parson Miller; three brothers, Roger Miller, David Miller, and Joe Miller; three sisters, Ethel England, Lola Kitchens, and Patricia Bentley.

Mr. Miller worked in Concrete Construction.

He is survived by his daughter, Chrissy Hymer (Kevin); son, Kevin Miller (Amy); three sisters, Mary Sneed, Loretta Glenn (Jeff), and Judy Howard (Freeman); two brothers, Jerry Miller (Bonnie) and Junior Miller; five grandchildren, Austin (Maddie), Hailey (Kaelin), Madison, Braylen, and Savannah; one great-grandchild, Briggs and several nieces and nephews.

No services are scheduled at this time. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
