Patricia Gilmer, 69, of Bowling Green, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

The Bowling Green native was a daughter of the late William Carl Gilmer and Katherine Claudine Reece Finn and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Carrol Gilmer and Darrel Gilmer. Patricia was a retired supervisor with Nasco Auto Parts. Patricia loved to travel and was instrumental in the rescue of many retired greyhounds.

She is survived by her brother, Bobby Gilmer (Lisa); three nieces, Tracie Dunn (Tyrone), Sonja Tarrence (Dennis) and Cathy Gilmer-Grayton; one nephew, Danny Gilmer (Tina); special bonds with two great nephews; one great niece and her group of special best girlfriends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29 at Hillvue Heights located in the small chapel. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a small service beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jamie Ward officiating.
