Patricia Moss Cook, 83, passed from this life peacefully at home on Friday, July 12, 2024, after a lengthy battle with dementia. She was preceded in death by her father, James Calvin Moss and mother, Evelle Gamon Moss, and a daughter, Kami C. Duffy.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Louis E. Cook; a son, M. Todd Cook of Pleasant Hill, CA; grandson, Chris Duffy (Carly), and great grandchildren, Bram and Tika; granddaughter, Kaci Duffy and great granddaughter, Amelia Duffy all of Bowling Green; and her "Adopted" daughter/care giver, Aimee Counts of Bowling Green.

She was a graduate of Warren County High School, attended Florida College, where she was known as "Pete Moss", and WKU. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ, an avid scrap booker, enjoyed cross stitching and was a patient listener and excellent counselor to many young people through the years.

She worked at WKU for 17 years, leaving to provide final care for her parents as their health failed.

A private burial will be held in Fairview Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2:30 pm at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
