Oliver Michael "Mike" Apple, 76 of Bowling Green passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his residence. The Carthage, Tennessee native was a son of the late Oliver Powell Apple, Jr. and Wendolyn Hackett Apple. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Rhetta Carol Hewitt.

Mr. Apple was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and was a USMC Veteran having served in Vietnam. He held various management positions in the garment industry and was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Smith Apple; a daughter, Suzanne Apple Woodward (Brian); a son, Ken Apple (Sarah); a sister, Marsha Goodman; four grandchildren, Olivia Woodward and Will Woodward, Jacob Apple and Sloane Apple; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services and burial at Fairview Cemetery will be private.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Broadway United Methodist Church.
