Millie Crafton, 83, of Bowling Green, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at The Medical Center.  The Bowling Green native was the daughter of the late Pete and Gladys Lawson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Colonel William T. Crafton, III; and her daughter, Leah Rivera Hale and her husband, David, who survives.

Mrs. Crafton was a graduate of Bowling Green Business University and worked as an executive secretary.  She was a member of First Baptist Church and a volunteer missionary in Brazil.  She also traveled the world with her husband as he served 26 years in the United States Air Force.

Mrs. Crafton will be buried in New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville, KY. Arrangements have been entrusted to Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.

She is survived by her son, Will Crafton (Gail); a brother, David Lawson (Missie); a grand-daughter, Alura Cash; and two great-grandchildren, Malachi Crafton and Mireya Cash.
