Mildred "Millie" Louise Mitchell, 97, of Bowling Green, KY passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky.  Mildred was born in Allen County, the daughter of the late Earnest Neal and Lucy Centers Neal. She retired from Bada Company.

In addition to her parents, Millie was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Raymond Mitchell; a son, Ricky Mitchell; two grandsons, Bradley Mitchell and Eric Mitchell; five brothers and two sisters.

Millie is survived by one son, Larry Mitchell (Donna) of Elizabethtown, KY; daughter-in-law, Barbara Mitchell of Bowling Green, KY; two grandsons, Tim Mitchell (Samantha) of Elizabethtown, KY and Justin Mitchell of Bowling Green, KY; four great grandsons, Devin and Cole Mitchell of Bowling Green, KY and Oliver and Reinger Mitchell of Elizabethtown, KY; three sisters all of Bowling Green; Velma Rush, Ann Stahl (Jerry) and Mary Martin.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with burial at Fairview Cemetery. Her visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.
