Michael Howard Young, 61, of Bowling Green passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017 at his residence. The Bowling Green native was a son of the late Howard and Rebecca Young and was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Young.

Mr. Young was retired from the Warren County Parks and had worked at Holderfield Battery Company, Borders Milk Company and was a farmer.

Survivors include his sister, Bonnie Sue Clark (David) of Bowling Green; three brothers, Jimmie Young (Dorothy), Jerry Young (Vivian) and Keith Young (Cindy) all of Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Monday, February 6, 2017 at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Sunday and again from 9 am – 2 pm Monday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
