Michael Wayne Collins' Obituary
Michael Wayne Collins, Jr. 47 of Bowling Green, died Saturday, November 26, 2017 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
He was born December 22, 1969 in Indianapolis to the late Lola Mae Kitchens and Michael Wayne Collins Sr.
Michael was an ORT truck driver and a graduate of Warren Central High School. He was an Army Veteran having served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Michael is survived by a daughter, Whitney Michelle Collins of Bowling Green; a son, Austin Taylor Collins of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two brothers Jackie Dale Kitchens and Jimmy Kitchens both of Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial Services will be on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home.
