Melvin Ezequiel Solis Amaya, 40, of Bowling Green passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Tristar Skyline of Nashville, TN. The San Pedro Sula, Honduras native was a son of Visitacion Amaya Diaz and Santos Solis.

Melvin worked for Owls Head Alloy and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He is survived by two sisters, Sara Pricila Solis Amaya (Nelson Orlando Erazo) and Iris Yamileth Solis Amaya (Marbel Vasquez); two brothers, Santos Alexander Solis Amaya (Doris Hernandez) and Danny Amilcar Solis Amaya (Amelia Sosa); and several niece and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 pm Wednesday, January 29, 2020 to 9:00 am Thursday, January 30, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
