Mary Frances Joiner, 76, died on Friday, January 27, 2017 at her residence. The Warren County native was born on September 26, 1940 to the late William Taylor and Ruth Taylor Gary. She is also preceded in death by her son, William Michael Joiner.

She had worked at Scott's Tobacco Company. She was a member at Hillvue Heights Baptist Church.

Mrs. Joiner is survived by her husband, George William Joiner; a daughter, Donna Piper-Wyatt (John) of Bowling Green; a sister, Betty Boyd (Donald) of Ft. Myers, FL; a granddaughter, Danielle Piper of Bowling Green; and two step-grandchildren, Josh Wyatt and Lessye Crafton, both of Franklin.

A funeral service is scheduled on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 1 PM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Joiner Family Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 12 – 8 PM and again on Monday from 10 AM until service time.
