Lucyrene Price, 102, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 in Bowling Green. The Fountain Run, KY native was a daughter of the late Bart and Pearl Wheet. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willard Price; two brothers Amos and Willard Wheet; two sisters, Ester Meeks and Rena Rigelwood.

Mrs. Price was active in the Lunch Programs at T. C. Cherry and McNeal schools and was a member of Lehman Avenue Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Adrian Price and a special granddaughter, Patricia Price; a sister, Edith Lowe and her husband, Herschel; several nieces and nephews and a special niece Janice Bewley and her husband Gary.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday and again from 12:00 pm to service time on Thursday.
