Larry Don Hines, 71, of Bowling Green, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at his residence.  The Caruthersville, MO native was a son of the late Leonard Simpson and Mary Dowell Hines.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by several siblings; one grandson, Derik Rigsby; and two granddaughters, Taylor and Logan Hines.

Mr. Hines was a Baptist by faith and loved working on the farm.

Funeral services will be private.  Visitation will be on Sunday, July 19 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Hattie Carnahan Hines; two daughters, Janie Rigsby (Dewayne) and Mary Hines; two sons, Bobby Hines and Jimmy Hines (Toni); one brother, Arthur Hines (Kathy); twelve grandchildren, Darrell Rigsby, Jr., Alicia Manning, Randy Rigsby, Hattie Rigsby, James Carver, Neal Carver, Vidalia Carver, Jimmy Carver, Derek Hines, Austin Hines, Dillion Compton and Dalton Hines; five great-grandchildren, Andrew Manning, Hunter Manning, Chase Manning, Emma Hammond and Kinsleigh Rigsby; and several nieces and nephews.
