Kami Duffy, 55, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Greenview Regional Hospital. The Bowling Green native was the daughter of Louis Cook and Patricia Moss Cook.

Kami received an associate degree at WKU and worked as an assistant in optometry. She was a member at Eastside Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, Kami is survived by her daughter, Kacie Duffy; one son, Chris Duffy (Carley); one brother, Michael Todd Cook.

Funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with private family burial at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
