Judy Siebert, 79, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.

Judy was born on October 30, 1945 to the late Lyman Francis and Jessie Eleanor Vinyard Francis. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Lee Francis, Charles Ray Francis, Donald Eugene Francis and Robert Lyman Francis.

Mrs. Siebert was  a member of Plum Springs Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar "Paul" Siebert; one daughter, Paulette Michelle Hall; one son, Paul Joseph Siebert; two grandchildren, Collin Sagely and Cheyenne Siebert.

A Celebration of Life will be on Thursday, July  10, 2025 at 11:00 am at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service. There will be a private graveside service at the Plum Springs Church Cemetery at a later date.
