Joyce Smith, 72, of Bowling Green passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017. The Warren County native was born on June 23, 1945 to the late John Vernon and Dora Skillern Miller.

Mrs. Smith was retired from WKU as a Housekeeping Supervisor. She was a member of Christian Life Church.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy Smith; two sons, Leroy Smith, Jr. (Tisa) and Mark Smith (Lisa); multiple brothers and sisters; and five grandchildren, Ashley, Alexandria, Erin, Austin, and Jacob Smith.

A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10 AM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 6 – 8 PM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
