John Woodruff Starks' Obituary
John Woodruff Starks, 79, of Bowling Green, passed away on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at his residence. The Louisville, KY native was the son of the late Frank W. Starks, Jr. and Mary Walker Starks.
He retired from The Bank of Louisville after 30+ years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Graves Starks; sister, Mary Starks Faulkner; brothers, Frank Starks (Sherry), Charles Starks (Sharon) and Randolf Starks; Several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Mr. Starks will be conducted on Thursday, November 9th, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery at 1:00 PM. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, November 9th, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.
