James W. Price, 104, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Colonial Manor. The Macon County, TN native was the son of the late Robert and Ella Cook Price. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Price; one daughter, Marian Tabor; and one grandson, Todd Oldham.

He was retired from Browning Oil Company and was a member of Woodburn Church of Christ.

Mr. Price is survived by one daughter, Peggy Oldham (Tom); three sons, Jim Price (Susan), Bob Price (Dale), Joe Price (Brenda); one son-in-law, James Tabor; nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and three great- great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 31 at 12:00 pm at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Haysville Cemetery in Macon County, TN at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 31 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at the funeral home.
