Jack Lee Johnson, 84, of Bowling Green passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The Williamsport, PA native was the son of the late Esther Naomi Laucamp Johnson and Rev. Virgil Ray Johnson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Mark Lee Johnson and son-in-law, Randy McClure.

Mr. Johnson was a graduate of East High School in Nashville, TN and retired from Pro Hardware as a Store Designer and Merchandiser. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and stained glasswork. He was the jack of all trades and cherished his faith and family.

He is survived by his lovely wife of 66 years, Barbara R. Johnson; a son, Jeffrey K. Johnson (Billie Jean); two daughters, Phyllis A. Pierazek (David) and Marla J. McClure; three grandchildren, Joel Pierazek, Megan Johnson, and Hayden Johnson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Aviation Heritage Park Museum on Sunday, November 26th, 2023 at 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
