Gloria Hix Comer, 90 of Bowling Green, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at Magnolia Village.
The Barren County, Kentucky native was a daughter of the late Joseph Oliver Hix and Annie Rose McAlpin Hix. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Payne Comer, grandson, William Andrew Earl Marrs Comer, three brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Comer was a homemaker and a member of the Park Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include one son, Garry Marrs Comer; one daughter, Tana Michelle Comer; five grandchildren, Jennifer Payne Comer, Leslie Michelle Couglin (Shane), Dorothy Caitlin Stucky (Leo), James David Payne Marrs Comer (Emily), and Heather Renee Comer; eight great grandchildren, Blake Garret, Guinevere Payne Comer, Lindsey Morgan Couglin, Evan Joseph Couglin, Eli Couglin Lilly Kate Couglin, Clete Thomas Stucky and Rylan Andrew Comer, soon to be born.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with entombment at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
