Geletta Phelps Blair, 80, of Bowling Green died Friday, May 19, 2017 at her residence.

The Ohio County native was a daughter of the late Roosevelt Phelps and Cora Ann Lindsey Phelps and was preceded in death by her husbands, Clarence Lindsey, Jr. and A. R. "Bob" Blair; brothers, Earlus, Obadiah "Bea" and sisters, Earlene, Norma Jean, Lendsay.
Mrs. Blair was a Medical Secretary, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and a member of Fairview Memorial Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Collins (Mike); a son, James Lindsey (Joan); a brother, Gene Ray Phelps (Carol); grandchildren, Steven, Kasey (Ryan), Mark, Laura (Joe Dan), and Paul (Mami); and great grandchildren, Tommy, Matt, Simon, Emma, Austin, Claire, and Soshi.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm, Monday, May 22, 2017 at Fairview Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. Graveside service at 3:30 pm Monday at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Johnson-Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home. Additional visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday at the Church.
