Freeda E. Hunt, 73, of Bowling Green passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024 at The Medical Center. The West Union, Ohio native was a daughter of the late James Wesley Allen and Ruth Mills Allen. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Michael Allen.

Mrs. Hunt retired from Trans Financial Bank as a bank teller and at Nancy Oliver Roberts, Attorney at Law. She was a member of Faith Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Hunt; two daughters, Melissa Hawks Waldron (Kevin) and Kimberly Gilpin (Perry); a son, Jason Hunt (Tabitha); one sister, Patti Jo Gross (Todd); five grandchildren, Justin Hayes, Sarah Thompson, John David Hunt, Jeffrey David Hunt and Wyatt Waldron; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 pm, Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Faith Methodist Church with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday, November 1, 2024 at Faith Methodist Church. Additional visitation will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday at the church. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Faith Methodist Church or to World Vision USA.
