Fred Cephas Hendrick, 87, passed away on April 3, 2020 at Barren County Nursing and Rehabilitation. The Warren County native was a son of the late Laura Mae Bray and Fred Hendrick. He is also preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Cole and Wilma Oliver.

Mr. Hendrick worked in maintenance at Sears and was a member of First Christian Church.

He is survived by two daughters, Kathy Hendrick and Cynthia Purdue; two sons, Timothy Hendrick and Roy Dean Hendrick; one brother, Paul Hendrick; one grandson, Jason and a special friend, Hilda Carr.

Services are private with burial at Brock A. Berry Veterans Cemetery located in Fairview Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.
