Frankie Biggers Feix, 93, passed away on Wednesday, April 30 at her home in Bowling Green. The Glasgow native was the daughter of the late Leo Biggers and Thelma Arterburn Biggers. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Feix was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Feix and sister, Virginia Brown.

Mrs. Feix was a member of First Baptist Church of Bowling Green. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky Business University; a valedictorian of her Bowling Green High School, Class of 1950 and was the "First Lady of Western Football.'

She is survived by her two sons, Dr. Jimmy Biggers Feix of Wauwatosa, WI and Dr. Jeffrey McCoy Feix of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, James Alexander Feix (Allison) and Peter Field Feix; three great grandchildren, James Nolan Feix, Josephine Feix and Bennett Feix.

Funeral service will held at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home on Saturday, May 10 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jimmy Feix Fund, Fellowship of Christian Athletes in care of the College Heights Foundation.
