Elvin V Manley, 86, of Bowling Green died on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at The Medical Center. The Warren County native was born on October 25, 1930 to the late Vernon and Opal Meeks Manley. He had worked at Bremner Food Group Inc.

Mr. Manley is preceded in death by three sisters, Ruby Manley, Dean Howard and Wanda Scruggs; and a brother, Leroy Manley.

He is survived by his wife, Maggie Earlene Manley of Bowling Green; two sons, Donald Manley (Rose Marie) and Terry Manley (Krista), both of Louisville; a sister, Sue Houchens (Alton); a granddaughter, Erica Loyall (Billy), a great-grandson, Hunter Loyall; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lambert Cemetery in Cedar Springs, KY. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
