Diane Gail Turk, 64, of Bowling Green passed away on November 7, 2022 at University of Louisville Hospital. The Fontana, CA native was the daughter to the late Janice Losman Farrar and Davis Farrar. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Christine Wentworth.

She was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Katie Turk; a son, Travis Turk; a brother, David Farrar (Janice) and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Eastwood Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
