Dennis J. Weaver, 54, of  Bowling Green, passed away on Monday, July 30th, 2018 at The Medical Center.  The Bowling Green native was the son of the late Willard Weaver and Frances Garlene Wimpee Weaver, who survives.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, E.C. and Winnie Weaver and his maternal grandparents, Garland and Mary Wimpee.

Dennis worked as a boiler maker and welder and enjoyed spending time with his family.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Old Liberty Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 1 ^st from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.  Additional visitation will be on Wednesday August 2 ^nd from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

In addition to his mother, Dennis is survived by two brothers, Randall Weaver (Connie), and Roger Weaver (Suzie); two nieces, Meredith Blankenship (Seth) and Amber Smith (Scott); three nephews, Eli Weaver(Catie), Ryan Weaver (Kirby), and Colter Weaver (Kayla); two great-nieces, Brooklyn Murphy and Chloe Biggs; two great-nephews, Conner Blankenship and Rylan Weaver.
