Deborah Ellen Branstetter, 74, of Bowling Green passed away Monday, June 7 at Signature Health Care. The Paducah native was the daughter of the late Raymond Wayne Bailey and Ricky Jane Martin Bailey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Elwood Branstetter.

Mrs. Branstetter is survived by a son, Matthew Adam Risk; two stepdaughters, Mary Lou Blair (Jerry) and Laura Lee Yawn; seven grandchildren, Addison Blair, Gavin Yawn, Landon Yawn, Carson Yawn, Amber Risk, Brittany Risk and Cloye Risk.

Graveside service will be held at Munfordville Cemetery on Saturday, June 12 at 1:00 p.m. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home have been entrusted with arrangements.
