Darrell Satterfield, 54, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Greenview Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late James D. Satterfield and Betty Smith Satterfield, who survives.

Mr. Satterfield attended Auburn University – Mobile and Middle Tennessee State University. He later completed his associates degree from Western Kentucky University. Mr. Satterfield volunteered at L&N Depot as a tour guide, worked at Camping World for 6 years, Wal-Mart for 5 years, and at Gayfers Department Store in Mobile, AL for 6 years. He was a member of First Christian Church of Bowling Green, where he played guitar for several years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by several close cousins.

Visitation will be held at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 10 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home. Burial will follow after the service in Fairview Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to The First Christian Church.
