Dana Smith, 47, of Bowling Green, KY died July 26 at The Medical Center after a short battle with cancer.

She leaves behind sisters, Melanie Smith of Bowling Green and Melinda Smith of Bowling Green; fiancé, Steve Wright of Morgantown; Steve's children, Robert Burton and Kayla Wright; aunt and uncle, Pat and Joe Neal Ballance; several cousins; and lifelong friends, Jennifer & Scotty House of Bowling Green. Dana was an avid dog lover and leaves behind her dog, Peanut.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Smith; father, Danny Smith; and grandparents, Wallace and Mae Beth Smith.

A celebration of life memorial will be held Saturday, July 30 from 5PM – 8PM at 286 Coonhunters Road, Rockfield, KY. All family and friends are welcome with casual attire requested.
