Charles M. Finn, Sr., 75, of Bowling Green passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at The Medical Center. The Simpson County native is the son of the late Raymond and Alta Littrell Finn. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his, two daughters, Tenia Finn and Annette Finn, and several siblings.

Mr. Finn honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was the Head of Maintenance at Bowling Green Retirement Village. He is of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Finn; a daughter, Nancy Schrimsher (Dennis); two sons, Charles Finn, Jr., and Sterling Wade Finn; one sister, Virginia Phelps; three brothers, Larry Finn (Linda), Gary Finn (Sandy) and Wayne Green; eleven grandchildren, Misty Petty, Anthony Petty, Joseph Finn, Bethany Sloan, Kaleb Schrimsher, Brooklynn Schrimsher, Sebastian Finn, Perry Hoskinson, Richard Flannery, James Flannery and Ashley Schrimsher; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
