Carol "Mac" McIntosh, 76, of Bowling Green passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at the Hospice House. The Greenville, Kentucky native was the son of the late Arvil and Margaret Jones McIntosh. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela McIntosh, one sister, Becky Smith and one brother, Ernie McIntosh.

He served in the United States Army, a veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of Grace Community Church.

Mr. McIntosh is survived by his wife Dr. Milli McIntosh, one son, Christjan Dann McIntosh; two brothers, Jimmy McIntosh (Shirley) and Ronnie McIntosh (Debbie); two sisters, Martha Dockery (Donald) and Priscilla Edwards (Elvis); two sister-in-laws, Sandra McIntosh and Tina Brewer; one brother-in-law Curnet Brewer, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives.

Funeral Service will be Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Community Church with burial in the Brock A. Berry Veterans Cemetery located in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Grace Community Church from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church Benevolence.
