Brenda Gail Harlow 75, of Bowling Green, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at The Medical Center. The Bowling Green native was a daughter of the late Rollie Powell and Virginia Mae Brooks Powell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Harlow, Jr.; and a brother, James Powell.

Mrs. Harlow was a member of Victory Baptist Church and retired as a surgical tech at The Medical Center. Brenda enjoyed shopping, going on vacation, and any time spent with her family. She loved hard, especially her boys and siblings, and was the life of the party.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 21 at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Plano Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 20 and again from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, February 21 at the funeral home.

Brenda is survived by three sons, Garnett Harlow III, Tim Harlow (Jennifer) and Matthew Harlow (Sharon); three grandchildren, Kindra Harlow Young (Jordan), Klarissa Harlow (Josh) and Sawyer Harlow; a sister, Sandy Mann; a brother, Curtis Powell; four great-grandchildren, Ozzie Young, Bailey McBee, Jameson Millage and Cora Millage; and several nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Plano Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
