Bill Cook, 68, of Bowling Green passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at his daughter's home. The Jackson, Mississippi native was born November 5, 1947 to the late Joseph Augustus and Ruth Elizabeth Beck Cook. He is preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Cook.

Mr. Cook was a CPA and a graduate of Western Kentucky University.

Survivors include his daughter, Millie Caffey (Brad) of Bowling Green; son, Tyler Cook of Bowling Green; two sisters, Ruth St. Charles and Judy Batts; brother, Joe Cook; three grandchildren, Haley, Jessica and Tanner; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Millie's home. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
