Betty Jo Smith, 83, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at her residence. The Allen County, KY native was a daughter of the late Early Raymond Crawford and Flora Yetmond Brant Crawford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Raymond Smith; two sons, Robert Steve Smith and Frank Duleth Smith; Several brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Smith is survived by one daughter, Shannon Louise Smith; one son, Dennis Smith; one sister, Jean Manning; five grandchildren, Haley Smith, Tyler Smith, Savannah Smith, Frankie Smith, and Miranda Birge along with several nieces and nephews

Graveside services will be held for Mrs. Smith on Saturday at 11:00 am, July 20 at Martinsville Missionary Baptist Church. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
