Betty Ann Lewis, 81, of Bowling Green passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 22, 2025 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky.

The Memphis, Tennessee native was a daughter of the late Clinton C. Lewis, Sr. and Mildred E. Liles Lewis. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clinton C. Lewis, Jr.; a sister, Evelyn L. Stacks and her husband, Charles Stacks; and her nephew, Michael C. Lewis.

Miss Lewis was a graduate of the University of Memphis holding a master's degree in education. She retired from the University of Memphis as a Physical Education Instructor.

Survivors include her brothers, William C. (Sue) Lewis and Robert C. (Judith) Lewis; sister-in-law, Marlene J. Lewis; eleven nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Forest Hill Memorial Park, South in Memphis, Tennessee.

Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home of Bowling Green has been entrusted with the arrangements.
