Bessie Bryson, 74, of Bowling Green passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The Warren County native was born on March 11, 1948 to the late Ford and Flora Duckett Bryson. She was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, William "Bill" Bryson, Francis "Hank" Bryson, Fred Bryson, and Harvey Bryson and 2 sisters, Dorothy Williams and Marva Bryson.

Ms. Bryson worked at Fruit of the Loom for 47 years and was of the Church of Christ faith.

She is survived by a brother, Granville Bryson (Diane); a sister, Lois Cooksey (Garnett), a lifelong friend, Marcia Logsdon, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, May 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM the same day.
