Balbino Echeverria, 64, passed away May 20, 2018 at The Medical Center. The El Salvador native was the son of the late Balbino Echeverria and Rosalia Olemedo.

Mr. Echeverria was employed by American Heartland Manufacturing and attended St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Elvira Alas of Bowling Green, KY; one son, Edgar C. Echeverria of Bowling Green, KY; two daughters, Luis Echeverria of Bowling Green, KY and Magdalena Echeverria of El Salvador; two brothers, Luis Echeverria and Juan Echeverria all of El Salvador; four sisters, Carmen Echeverria, Adela Echeverria, and Santos Echeverria all of El Salvador and Julia Echeverria of Bowling Green, KY; eight grandchildren, Darilyn, Jeremiah, Jean Carlos, Essyned, and Leila all of Bowling Green, KY and Fernando, Natalie, and Adonis all of El Salvador.

Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2018. Visitation will be at 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the church. Burial will take place on Saturday, May 26,2018 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
