Alphonsine Baruani, 52, of Bowling Green, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022. The Congo native is a  daughter of the late Zaina Ebengo Wakwayo Joséphine and Muganga Baruani Stéphane. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband Anzurini Abwe.

She was a member of New Life Church. She was a machine operator at Pardue Farms.

Alphonsine is survived by six sons; Omega Anzuruni, Mwanza Anzuruni, Dominique Anzuruni, Kiza Anzuruni, Clement Anzuruni and David Anzuruni six daughters; Julienne Anzuruni, Georgeta Anzuruni, Clementine Anzuruni, Zaina Anzuruni, Izabelle Anzuruni, and Susan Mkanta Abwe; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 4 at New Life Church with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home have been entrusted with the arrangements.
