Alan Scott Logsdon, 64, of Bowling Green passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky, while surrounded by family and friends. The Louisville native was a graduate of Western Kentucky University, holding a master's degree. He was a Library Associate for Western Kentucky University Library with over 30 years of service.

Alan was the son of Maxine Watkins Logsdon and the late Curtis Alva Logsdon.

In addition to his mother, Alan is survived by two sisters, Angie Ohnmeis (Hank) and Amy Van Meter (Terry Warden); nephews, Jacob Ohnmeis (Kari), Lucas Ohnmeis, Nicholas Van Meter and Jackson Van Meter; great nieces and nephews, Ceci, Benjamin, Anna, Jaclynn and Jagger.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with private inurnment at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
