Infant Daughter Abigail Grace Simpkins of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at The Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents, Derrick and Tabitha Simpkins; a sister, Emmaleigh Rose Simpkins; her maternal grandparents, Andy and Stacey Forbes; her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Paula Simpkins; two aunts, Katie Simpkins and Tiffany Mahaney; and two uncles, Jeremy Simpkins and Todd Mahaney.

The funeral for Baby Abigail is scheduled for Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow at Barren River Baptist Cemetery. The visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Sunday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
