Mrs. Margaret "Peggy'" Picciano passed away on January 11, 2013 at Magnolia Village. The Greensburg, PA native was born on July 12, 1921. She was the daughter of the late Bernard Gallagher and Mable Ingraham Gallagher. Mrs. Picciano was a housewife. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, the Bowling Green Community Greeters and was a former member of the C.W.O. She and her husband Hank enjoyed ballroom dancing and playing cards with friends. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 5:30. She is survived by her husband Hank Picciano; 2 sons, Thomas B. Picciano and his wife Cindy of Newport, Oregon and Timothy E. Picciano and his wife Cindy of Dublin, Ohio and her triplet grandchildren, Regina Picciano Stoops and her husband Jacob of Delaware, Ohio, Nicholas Picciano and his wife Amanda of Novi, Michigan and Dr. Antonio Picciano of Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers the family has requested expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284.
