Margaret Hale Jackson, 90, of Bowling Green died at 12:14 pm, Monday, December 31, 2012 at a Bowling Green Nursing Home. The Bradenton, Florida native was born on March 24, 1922, the daughter of the late Maxie Hampton Jackson and Ruby Hale Jackson. She was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and attended Western Kentucky University and Bowling Green Business University and retired from Western Kentucky University where she was a secretary in the Business Affairs Office. She was a member of State Street United Methodist Church, The Open Door Circle and the Chautauqua Literary Circle. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery in Scottsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to State Street United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sister, Corinne Jackson Meeks and her husband, Charles of Bowling Green; one niece, Cathy Bishop and her husband, Mike; one nephew, Cliff Meeks and his wife, Carol; two great nieces, Andrea Meeks and Susan Beth Meeks and one great nephew, Keith Bishop.
